Leah Krisak

Leah is a humanistic psychotherapist and clinical director at Leah Krisak Psychotherapy. Her approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of relationships. When working with Leah, you will feel both her clinical expertise and personable nature which will help you to develop a strong therapeutic foundation for your work together. Leah draws from her own lived experiences with mental health issues such as anxiety and loss, as well as theoretical models like attachment theory and the biopsychosocial model to deepen her capacity for understanding and empathizing with her clients. Leah works with individuals ages 16+, couples and families.

Originally from Ontario, Leah now lives with her family in Ireland and continues to support Canadians at home or abroad.
